Hotel Le Rohan, Centre Cathedrale Strasbourg, Strasbourg

The hotel is right in the city center, near the cathedral, making it super convenient for exploring. The spacious and quiet rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. However, the service let us down with false advertising causing inconvenience. The dining could have had better options.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and nicely appointed, but unfortunately, mine faced into another wall just meters away. The functioning A/C at the back of the hotel helped keep the room comfortable, but it felt a bit small for my liking. The service, however, was exceptional with incredibly friendly and helpful staff throughout, making my stay more pleasant. The unbeatable location in the center of Strasbourg, right near the iconic cathedral, was a major highlight despite the constant sound of cathedral bells every 15-30 minutes. Unfortunately, the dining experience was very poor, almost like an afterthought, leaving much to be desired.

I found the hotel to be amazingly located near the cathedral with a comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff. However, the dining experience was somewhat lackluster with limited options. The silence in the room added to the relaxation, though the lack of a proper wardrobe was inconvenient. The value for money was reasonable overall.
